Chicago Pneumatic Oil Separator Element Replacement Kit – 6259092100

The separator filter removes oil from the compressed air before the air is sent downstream. Replacing the separator element on an annual basis will increase your energy efficiency by reducing the pressure drop across the oil tank. This separator prevents oil from getting into your downstream production equipment. This Atlas Copco separator element should be changed annually or every 4,000 hours, whichever occurs first.

The 6259092100 separator element was used on the CPE75 and CPE100 rotary screw air compressors manufactured by Chicago Pneumatic prior to 2011. If your compressor is 2011 or newer please contact us with your serial number for confirmation this filter will work with your air compressor.
