Ingersoll Rand (88343025) OEM Filter Element for HE64 High Efficiency Legacy 2000 In Line Filter

Replacement filter element for the older style of Ingersoll Rand 2000 series HE64 filter assembly. This filter is also known as the Legacy 2000 series filter that was manufactured by IR in the early 2000’s. Typically the HE64 filter assembly utilized ½” NPT threads and was rated to 64 cfm 100psi.

This filter was also included in several of the UP6 rotary screw compressors with integrated air dryers manufactured between June of 2005 and September of 2008. This series of rotary compressor was known as the Total Air System model. It was most commonly used on the UP-TAS and UP6-15C-125 TAS manufactured during the dates above. The smaller Ingersoll Rand Nirvana variable speed compressors below 15hp with dryers also used this filter for the compressors made between October of 2006 and October of 2008.

This element is only used in the HE64 filter housing. The HE series filter was a high efficiency oil removal filter. This filtered particles down to .01 micron and water/oil aerosols down to .01 mg/m3. This filter should always be preceded with a general purpose filter. A GP64 filter element was commonly installed in most Total Air System models and the elements should be replaced at the same time 88342993.

This is an OEM filter manufactured by Ingersoll Rand. Most filters sold online are aftermarket filters and are not rated to the same filtration efficiency as OEM. Please contact our parts department if you would like confirmation this will work with your air system.
